Representation
Woiski Sports Management is dedicated to the representation of players, coaches and trainers most of the world of sports, such as football, basketball, handball, tennis, paddle and other elite sports around the world, as well as youth academies, managing sporting and economic interests from the first steps at the grassroots to the end of the athletes career. WSM works in Spain and its international projects are in close cooperation with individuals and companies operating in countries that enjoy a deep tradition in football and all other sports internationally from Europe through the Middle East, and expanding the network to South America ( Argentina , Brazil, Colombia and others ), and emerging Asian markets such as Russia, China, Australia , New Zealand , Hong Kong Thailand and more countries.
This work of representation is not only limited to the management of transfers, but involves the player´s comprehensive advice in all aspects as may be required throughout his career : Financial, tax, legal, and even image and communication management by a prestigious team of highly skilled professionals that enable WSM commitment to high quality service to their constituents.
International WSM operates in the market under the most scrupulous legality because of the multiple licenses RFEF ( Affiliated to FIFA and UEFA ) and meeting all standard rules of all other sports, and associations.
Intermediation
Another key activity is the WSM brokering of transfers and logistic operations, whether transfers or assignments, either alone or in joint action with other authorized agents. WSM has an excellent relationship with the teams in first and second division of Spain and international leagues, working for them as an intermediary in the transfer of players. In addition, WSM is supported by its extensive network of partners from different countries in five continents, with whom there is a very transparent and honest relation in all international operations.
Image
WSM has a team of professionals specializing in image management and communication. The activities of the players should be familiar to the fans, because, although the performance of a player is extraordinary, if it doesn´t transcend immediately throughout the media, the world impact of the player is not as espected. Our image and communication department has the best tools to guide the players along their career.
Our service does not end when we sign a player´s representation, we are always working on enhancing the image of the athlete, not only to amplify its reach and public impact, but also to expand its sphere of influence in the face of generating new revenue . Our team of imaging experts work on the fundamental premise that sport is always a priority, but not exclusive or incompatible with others related to the world of advertising and public relations .
Sports Event Organisation
WSM also has proven ability to organize and manage all kinds of events, mainly related to the sports world, campus sports, tournaments, charity matches, club pre-season, high performance courses are part of a wide range of activities that WSM has carried out successfully. We also have experience in the management of other great shows.
Management ranging from the technical to obtain necessary permits and insurance, through the planning and procurement of previous advertising campaigns in order to publicize the event, coordination and travel and hotel procurement, design, printing, distribution and sale of tickets or hiring security staff needed. All this under the premise of quality and transparency characteristic of WSM, a company with proven experience in the world of sports in general and football in particular.
Achievements
WSM in a few years has achieved great success in the international arena through the extensive network created in most continents.
Among the objectives we met to achieve the great global impact with the brokering and signing of Diego Armando Maradona at Al Wasl Football Club, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Another major achievement was the implementation of a football academy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with renowned football coaches of Barcelona FC, Albert Benaiges and Carlos Bueno, and Real Mallorca´s Antonio Amor
Similarly, WSM has helped in the management of tennis tournaments in Abu Dhabi, with renowned stars like Djokovic and Federer.
We continue to work with new training projects in Hong Kong and China, and a personal project of the Sheikh of Abu Dhabi, HH Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
